Introduction
In these terms and conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

"The Customer" means the person, firm or company offering to buy goods from the Company.
"The Goods" means the goods or materials that the Customer is buying or offering to buy.

The Customer should check product suitability before ordering. The Customer must not buy, sell or use products if they are in any way uncertain. All orders are accepted and quotations are given at prices offered when the order is accepted or the quotation given. 4. Tax/Customs & Duties
For shipments to the UK - the price you see is what you pay - no additional UK taxes will be levied.

You are responsible for assuring that all products ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Performancemotorcare.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


5. Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders either the same or next working day. All goods will be sent via the selected delivery method at checkout. To ensure Special Delivery orders are despatched on the same day for next day delivery please place your order before 2:30pm.

Delivery costs to your specified location will be shown on the shopping cart page after selecting Goods for purchase.

Any delivery dates are promises given in good faith by The Company to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. The Company will accept no liability for or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. Goods are dispatched via various recognised carriers.

If deliveries cannot be made and fail due to no contact with the delivery company and are then returned to our office before the goods are resent a charge of the cost of re-delivery plus a £5 administration fee will be made to cover the return postage and packaging. If the customer changes the delivery address once the consignment has been dispatched a further charge of £5 will be made to cover the change of address.

6. Damage in Transit
The Company will repair or replace free of charge goods damaged in transit provided that The Company receive written notification of such damage within seven of delivery. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be signed for as such. On receipt, goods should be checked with the advice note enclosed with the goods. Shortage claims will only be considered if The Company receives written notification of such shortage within 48 Hours of delivery, failing which no liability will be admitted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.

7. Cancellations & Returns
Internet shoppers are covered by the distance selling regulations which we adhere to. All returns should be confirmed to the company in writing within 7 working days of the day after delivery. The consumer will be liable for any postage costs in relation to returning the items unless the items are faulty. The items will remain the customers liability until receipt by the company, therefore we recommend you obtain postal insurance or if the value of the package is under £39, insurance is free with a proof of postage certificate available from all post offices. Goods will be refunded within 30 days. Refunds will be made to the payment account used at the original time of ordering. All returns are requested to be sent with original packaging and addressed to: Performance Motorcare Products Ltd, The Square, Elford, Staffordshire, B79 9DB. Please ensure you include your order number and name with your package.

8. Transfer of Property
The goods shall remain the property of the Company until the Company has received Payment in full for the goods and the Customer will not pledge, charge or otherwise encumber the goods until the payment has been made in full.

9. Payment
Payment in full for Goods and delivery charges is due immediately upon The Company accepting the Customer's order and will be made by debit or credit card using the online payment facility provided through this site or by cheque (in £GBP sterling only) made payable to Performance Motorcare Products Ltd (upon confirmation of receipt of order).
